As a reminder, we would very much appreciate if you would please not use other homeowners' driveways as a turn-around.

Also, the gravel by the side of the mailboxes in the Community is homeowner property, so, as you are picking-up your mail, please stop on the road, to prevent damage to another homeowners' property.

AAA Southwest Sweeping, LLC has been awarded the contract for the Litchfield Farms Community. Street sweeping is scheduled for every month.

We are proud to partner with the Board to find one of the most reputable companies in the Valley to provide this service to the Community. AAA Southwest Sweeping has won the Street Sweeping Contractor of the Month award.

Homeowners may access the HOA Portal to review their accounts and make payments.

Trash & Recycle Pick-Up Day is each Tuesday, except on holidays (see below). Here is a link of items that you may (and may not) be included in your recycle trash.

Bulk Trash Pick-up is the 2nd Thursday of each month, except on holidays (see below).

Holiday Schedule: Pick-up is delayed by one day for the following Holidays:

New Year's Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

All other holidays, pick-up will be normal schedule.
